Women in Flavor & Fragrance Commerce (WFFC) has announced its third educational mini series – “The Values-based Career Path” with Claire Steichen of Clear Strategy Coaching. This event is sponsored by Symrise Inc. It will be held on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011 from 5pm to 7pm, at 300 North Street, Teterboro, NJ 07608.

During the workshop, Steichen will use targeted coaching exercises to demonstrate how knowing your values and what you want can release your untapped energy. “This energy can empower communication skills, your boss’s support, your work with colleagues, your next promotion, and your long-term career advancement.” Claire Steichen, president of Clear Strategy Coaching, had a successful 18-year corporate career in cosmetics sales and marketing, prior to creating her company three years ago.
